Runs a Model Context Protocol server over stdio: JSON-RPC requests on stdin, responses on stdout, logs on stderr. It cannot be combined with [`--server`](/reference/flags/server/server); a server offers MCP over HTTP with [`--server-enable-mcp`](/reference/flags/server/server-enable-mcp) instead.
