REST: diagnostics

Prints system, version and FFmpeg library details for support, then exits without rendering. With a URL, it adds the CLI and curl commands that reproduce the request.

Warning: Content May Include Private Data

The output names the OS user and, with a URL, the request’s URLs and values. ZShot filters secrets from it; review the rest before sharing.
