Offers a credential to the navigator by name, typing the value of the environment variable VAR. The value never enters the model’s context. Repeatable.

The variable is read once at startup. VAR cannot be a variable Chromium’s helpers keep, such as HOME or PATH, or one listed with --navigator-credential-helper-env. Under --server it is offered to every request, and a request cannot reuse its name.
