A performance trace for Chrome internal events and Javascript events. This format can be read by `chrome://tracing` and [Perfetto](https://ui.perfetto.dev).

Cross-origin iframes, GPU and network service processes do not appear in this trace.

You can request a trace alongside a render by using the [`--trace`](/reference/flags/diagnostics/trace) flag.
