Runs Claude models on Anthropic’s Messages API at https://api.anthropic.com. A key from ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN, or an access token beginning sk-ant-oat, is sent as Authorization: Bearer, and any other key as x-api-key; name a gateway as the host, as in anthropic://gateway.example.
